Description: In nature, many of us find what Wendell Berry calls “the peace of wild things.” In the natural world, we experience a sense of quiet and space – and comfort, healing and hope during these uncertain times. Nature provides a place where we can go deep within ourselves, while at the same time having a sense of unity and connectedness with all creatures, and with each other.
Join us as we discuss how to make room for going deeper in nature in our hectic, demanding lives. We’ll talk together about what the natural world means to us and share some very practical ways we can center ourselves in nature on a more regular basis.
The program will be led by Beth Norcross, Executive Director of the Center for Spirituality in Nature.
