What to Expect
Event Date: October 3, 2020
Be prepared to get dirty and have fun - while staying safe!
Before September 30 make sure that you have filled out the Screening Survey. This is a requirement of all participants.
Before you arrive to the event read the section below on "What to Bring."

When you arrive look for signs to check in, and follow six-foot physical-distancing rules as you wait to receive your shirt and supplies.
Site leaders will brief you on basic safety measures to ensure that everyone has a safe, fun time. All tools and supplies needed will be provided - no need to bring your own gloves unless you have a favorite pair.
This is a family friendly event and kids are welcome! However, all participants under 18 must also have completed registration
Group Registrations Are Limited for 2020
- Members of groups are strongly encouraged to sign up individually. If you have more questions, please contact Emily Castelli at ecastelli2@anacostiaws.org.

What to Bring
- A facemask that covers your nose and mouth.
- Closed-toe shoes and long pants are a must.
- A water bottle for yourself and any members of your family.
- A small snack, if need be.
- Under 18:
- This event counts for Student Service Learning Hours (SSL)! If you bring your forms, site leaders and AWS staff will sign off on your hard work.
Please remember to dress appropriately for the weather (rain or shine!) and wear clothes you won't mind getting dirty.
